MacroSnap is Everfit’s AI-powered meal tracking feature that helps clients track nutrition using meal photos, food labels, and barcode scans.
Clients can purchase and manage their own MacroSnap subscription directly through Everfit. As a coach, you can share your personal MacroSnap referral link with clients and earn referral credit when they subscribe.
How Coaches Can Refer Clients to MacroSnap
To access your MacroSnap referral link:
Log in to your Everfit account on the web
Go to Referral Program
Select the MacroSnap tab
Copy your personal referral link or share it directly with clients through Everfit Inbox
Your referral link allows clients to subscribe to MacroSnap while connecting their purchase to your account.
Note: MacroSnap referral links are available to Workspace Owners and Admins only. Trainers will not see the MacroSnap referral tab.
How Clients Purchase MacroSnap
Clients can subscribe to MacroSnap through: everfit.io/macrosnap
They can choose between:
Monthly plan: $7.99/month
Annual plan: $29.99/year
First-time MacroSnap users receive a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and the client will be charged automatically when the trial ends.
Clients manage their MacroSnap subscription directly through the web. They cannot purchase or manage subscriptions inside the mobile app.
How MacroSnap Access Works for Clients
Once subscribed, clients can use MacroSnap automatically.
A client’s MacroSnap subscription works across all Everfit workspaces where they are currently connected with a coach.
This means:
Clients only need one MacroSnap subscription
They can use MacroSnap while connected with multiple coaches
No additional setup is required after subscribing
Coach Referral Earnings
When a client subscribes through your MacroSnap referral link, you earn 10% referral credit from their successful MacroSnap payments.
How Earnings Work
You earn 10% of each successful payment from referred clients
Earnings continue for 1 year from the client’s first MacroSnap purchase
The 1-year period does not reset if the client cancels and resubscribes
After the 1-year period ends, no additional referral credit is earned for that client
How Referral Credit Is Applied
Your referral earnings are provided as Everfit account credit.
The process works as follows:
Successful client payments first appear in your Commission Balance
On the monthly payout date, your accumulated commission moves to your Credit Balance
The credit is automatically applied toward your next Everfit subscription invoice
Referral earnings are not paid as cash transfers.
Viewing Your MacroSnap Earnings
You can view your earnings from: Coach Web → Referral Program → MacroSnap tab
You’ll see:
Commission Balance: earnings that have been accumulated but not yet transferred to credit
Lifetime Earnings: your total MacroSnap referral earnings
What Happens If a Client Cancels?
If a client cancels their MacroSnap subscription:
They keep access until the end of their current billing period
They can reactivate before the cancellation date
Once the subscription ends, MacroSnap access is removed
If the client resubscribes within the 1-year referral period, you can continue earning referral credit from their successful payments.
