MacroSnap is Everfit’s AI-powered meal tracking feature that helps you track your nutrition by scanning your meals, food labels, and barcodes.

With MacroSnap, you can quickly log meals using:

  • Meal Scan - Take a photo of your meal to track it

  • Food Label Scan - Scan a nutrition label to capture food details

  • Barcode Scan - Scan a product barcode to log packaged foods


How to Subscribe to MacroSnap

You can subscribe to MacroSnap directly through the web:

  1. Visit everfit.io/macrosnap or use your coach's referral link

  2. Select your preferred plan

  3. Log in to your Everfit account

  4. Enter your payment details and confirm your subscription


Free Trial

If you are starting MacroSnap for the first time, you’ll receive a 3-day free trial.

  • You’ll need to add a payment method before starting the trial

  • You will not be charged during the trial period

  • Your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends if you continue using MacroSnap

The free trial is available once per client.


Using MacroSnap

Once your subscription is active, MacroSnap will be available automatically, no additional setup is required.

Your MacroSnap subscription gives you access across all Everfit workspaces where you are currently connected with a coach.

This means you can use MacroSnap with multiple coaches while only maintaining one subscription.


Managing Your MacroSnap Subscription

You can manage your subscription from the web: client.everfit.io/macrosnap-subscription

From this page, you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Check your next billing date

  • Update your payment method

  • Upgrade your plan

  • Downgrade your plan

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Reactivate a scheduled cancellation

Upgrading Your Plan

If you upgrade from Monthly to Annual:

  • The change takes effect immediately

  • You’ll be charged a prorated amount

  • Your new renewal date will be one year from the upgrade date

Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade from Annual to Monthly:

  • The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will keep access to your Annual plan until then

  • You can cancel the downgrade before the switch happens

Canceling Your Subscription

When you cancel MacroSnap:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period

  • You can continue using MacroSnap until then

  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the cancellation date

Once the subscription ends, MacroSnap access will be removed.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately

  • You will need to resubscribe to continue using MacroSnap

Can I purchase MacroSnap inside the mobile app?

No. MacroSnap subscriptions are managed through the web only.

You can use MacroSnap in the Everfit mobile app after subscribing, but purchases and subscription management must be completed through the web.

Can I use MacroSnap with multiple coaches?

Yes. One MacroSnap subscription gives you access across all Everfit workspaces where you are currently connected with a coach.

What happens if I disconnect from my coach?

If you are no longer connected with a coach in any workspace, MacroSnap access may be affected. If you reconnect with a coach, access will return based on your active subscription status.
