Helps you log workouts faster by automatically suggesting weights and reps based on your previous performance.
Key benefits:
Faster logging: Previous weights and reps are pre-filled when you open a workout
Smart suggestions: The system suggests appropriate weights based on your history or 1RM
Less repetition: Entering a value once can automatically fill the remaining sets
Availability
This feature is available on both the Coach App and Client App.
How to Enable or Disable Autofill
The first time you open a workout logging screen, you’ll see a “Save time with autofill” prompt.
The toggle is On by default
You can:
Leave it On to use auto-fill
Turn it Off to disable it
Tap Save to confirm
You can update this anytime via:
Workout Settings → Autofill weights and reps
Understanding values (color guide)
Black: Values set by your coach or entered by you
Grey: Suggested values (from previous workouts or 1RM) that haven’t been confirmed yet
How Autofill Works
When you open a workout, the system checks your most recent completed session for the same exercise and applies the following logic:
1. Both weight and reps are blank
Auto-fills both using your latest session
Preserves the original set order and values
2. Weight is assigned, reps are blank
No autofill for reps
This allows you to decide reps manually
3. Reps are assigned, weight is blank
Finds the best matching weight for those reps from your history (last 12 weeks)
If multiple weights exist for the same rep count in a session, the highest weight is suggested
For rep ranges (e.g. 12–15 reps):
The system will look back to find the matching weight from the latest session where the logged rep falls anywhere within the range (12, 13, 14, or 15).
If no history is found:
4. Both weight and reps are assigned
No autofill is applied
Set Type Matching
The system takes set type into account when suggesting weights from your history. Each set type has its own independent history pool, meaning weights are only suggested from the same type of set.
How it works by set type:
Warm-up (W)
Suggestions come only from your past warm-up sets. If there’s no warm-up history for the exercise within the last 12 weeks, the weight will be left blank, as 1RM-based values are typically too heavy for warm-ups.Drop set (D)
Suggestions are based only on your past drop sets. If no history exists, the system falls back to a 1RM-based calculation.Failure set (F)
Suggestions come only from your past failure sets. If no history is available, the system falls back to a 1RM-based calculation.Regular / Working set (R)
Suggestions are pulled exclusively from your past regular (working) sets. Warm-up, drop, and failure sets are not considered.
Example
If your warm-up set is assigned 10 reps, the system will look at your previous warm-up sets with 10 reps to suggest a weight. It will not use your working set history, as those weights would typically be too heavy for a warm-up.
Cascade Fill
When you enter a value in one set:
The app automatically fills the remaining empty sets below
Existing values (assigned or entered) won’t be overwritten
Notes
Autofill suggestions are based on your recent workout history
You can always adjust any value manually
