Autofill Weights & Reps

Helps you log workouts faster by automatically suggesting weights and reps based on your previous performance.

Key benefits:

  • Save time: Values from your last session are pre-filled

  • Smart suggestions: Uses your history or 1RM to suggest weights

  • Less tapping: Enter once, and the rest of the sets fill automatically


How to Enable Autofill

The first time you log a workout, you’ll see a “Save time with autofill” prompt:

  • Toggle On to enable autofill (default)

  • Tap Save

You can change this anytime in Workout Settings → Autofill weights and reps.


How Autofill Works

When you open a workout:

  • The app uses your last session to suggest weights and reps

  • If only reps are provided, it suggests weights based on your history or 1RM

  • If both weight and reps are already assigned, no autofill is applied

Color guide:

  • Black: Confirmed or coach-assigned values

  • Grey: Suggested values


Cascade Fill

When you enter a value in one set:

  • The app automatically fills the remaining empty sets below

  • Existing values (assigned or entered) won’t be overwritten


Notes

  • Autofill suggestions are based on your recent workout history

  • You can always adjust any value manually
