Coaches and clients can quickly adjust recipe servings to fit their needs, with ingredients and macros updating automatically.

From the Client’s Meal Plan
1. Assign a Recipe to a Client
You can adjust portion size when assigning a recipe:
From the Add Recipes selector
Choose a recipe from the grid (default is 1 serving).
Click the 1 serving button.
Use −1, −0.5, +0.5, +1 to adjust the portion size.
Click Save, then Add Recipes.
From Recipe Detail view
Open the recipe detail before adding.
Click the portion size dropdown (e.g., “1 serving”).
Adjust with the +/− buttons.
Click Save, then Add Recipe.
2. Viewing Portion Size after Assignment
After assigning, the chosen portion shows in the calendar under each meal.
3. Editing Portion Size later
After assigning the recipe, you can still update the portion size:
Open the recipe details from the Meal Plan.
Click the portion size number.
Adjust, save, and macros/ingredients will rescale automatically.
From Meal Plan Templates
In Day & Week View, coaches can adjust recipe portion sizes when adding them to Meal Plan Templates.
Assigning a recipe to Meal Plan Templates
You can select portion size on the recipe selector grid or on recipe detail, same as on Client Page.
Viewing Portion Size after Assignment
The chosen portion size appears directly in the Meal Plan calendar under each meal.
Editing Portion Size later
To edit the portion size of a recipe in Meal Plan Templates:
Open the recipe details from the Meal Plan.
Adjust the portion size and save.
Macros and ingredients update automatically.
Client App
Clients can view their assigned portion size in:
1. Day/Week Meal Plan
2. Meal Planner screen
3. Recipe detail
On recipe detail, the macronutrient values and ingredients are scaled according to the assigned portion size.
Clients can edit their own portion sizes in the Meal Planner
For all recipes the client has scheduled in Meal Planner, they can adjust portion size on the recipe detail by clicking the serving number.
