Assign Clients to Onboarding Flow (select workspaces only)

How to assign clients to an onboarding flow.

Coaches can now manually add new clients to different onboarding flows, giving them access to a variety of resources and materials right away. This update makes it easier and more efficient to assign resources using the Onboarding Flow feature.

Note: This feature is currently available only in select workspaces.


Why use this feature?

  • Re-engage archived clients by assigning them to onboarding flows again.

  • Add clients to multiple onboarding flows to ensure they receive the right resources.

  • Easily track when each client was added to a flow.


How to add clients

  1. Go to an Onboarding Flow.

  2. Open the Clients tab.

    • Here, you will see a list of all clients already assigned to this flow, along with their assigned date.

    • Use the search bar to quickly find a client in this list.

  3. Click “+ Client” to add a new client to the onboarding flow.

    • Only active clients will appear in the search.

    • If a client is already in this onboarding flow, their name will not appear in the search list.


Permissions

  • Workspace Owners and Admins: Can add any active client from the workspace to the onboarding flow.

  • Trainers: Can only add their own clients.


Additional notes

  • A client can be added to multiple onboarding flows, but duplicate assignments will only be assigned once to the client.

  • When a client is archived, they are automatically removed from the onboarding flow’s client list.


Automatic assignment when activating a package

When an archived client buys and activates a package that is set to automatically reactivate archived clients, they are added to an onboarding flow in the following priority order:

  1. Onboarding flow attached to the package.

  2. Trainer’s default onboarding flow.

  3. Workspace default onboarding flow.
