How to enable the Master Planner view
To access the Master Planner View:
Open an Autoflow → go to the Training tab → click Master Planner.
The Master Planner provides three viewing modes:
Week-by-Week View: Displays workouts grouped by weeks.
Day-by-Day View: Displays workouts for a selected week by day.
Custom View: Displays only selected workouts.
Enabling Week-by-Week or Day-by-Day View
Open the Training tab from an Autoflow.
Click Master Planner.
Master Planner opens in Week-by-Week View by default.
Switch to Day-by-Day View as needed.
Enabling Custom View
Open the Training tab from an Autoflow.
Select workouts using the checkboxes.
Click Master Planner to open in Custom View.
View Options
The two program types display days differently in Master Planner.
By Sequence Day Program
Week-by-Week View
Displays the same day across multiple weeks (e.g., Week 1 Day 1, Week 2 Day 1, Week 3 Day 1…).
Scroll horizontally to browse through additional weeks.
Select a specific day to display all workouts using the dropdown.
If a day has multiple workouts, the number of workouts appears in the header.
Scroll through days to view all included workouts.
Day-by-Day View
Displays all days of a single week (e.g., Week 1 Day 1, Week 1 Day 2, Week 1 Day 3…).
Select a specific week using the dropdown.
If a day has multiple workouts, the number of workouts appears in the header.
Scroll through days to view all included workouts.
Custom View
Displays only selected workouts, e.g., Week 1 Day 1, Week 1 Day 3, Week 2 Day 1…
Scroll horizontally to browse through additional weeks.
If a day has multiple workouts, the number of workouts appears in the header.
Scroll through days to view all included workouts.
By Exact Date Program
Week-by-Week View
Displays the same weekday across multiple weeks (e.g., May 20 • Tue, May 27 • Tue, Jun 3 • Tue …).
Select a date from the calendar picker to view that day and the same weekday across other weeks.
The default view starts from the current week and shows future weeks.
Selecting a past date will shift the view to start from that week onward.
Related weekdays across weeks are highlighted in the calendar when selecting for clarity.
Scrolling and workout-count behavior match the By Day Sequence program.
Day-by-Day View
Displays all days of a single week (e.g., May 20 • Tue, May 21 • Wed, May 22 • Thu …).
Select a date from the calendar picker to view the week containing that date.
By default, it shows the current date through Sunday of the same week.
Selecting a past date shows the week from that day through Sunday.
Selecting a future date displays the entire week around that date.
Scrolling and workout-count behavior match the By Day Sequence program.
Custom View
Displays only selected workouts (e.g., May 20 • Tue, May 21 • Wed, May 23 • Fri …).
Scrolling and workout-count behavior match the By Day Sequence program.
Key Actions in All views (Both Program Types)
Add New Workout - Add a new workout to a day.
View Workout Details - Open a modal with workout details.
Save Workout to Library – Save a workout for future use.
Copy & Paste Workouts – Copy a workout and paste it into other days (Shift key for multiple pastes).
Drag & Drop Workouts - Reorder workouts by dragging and dropping them within the views.
Remove Workouts – Delete workouts from a selected day.
Important Notes
Users can freely switch between Week-by-Week and Day-by-Day Views.
Switching from Custom View to Week-by-Week or Day-by-Day View is permanent; users cannot revert to Custom View. To access Custom View again, users must reselect workouts and reopen the Master Planner. A confirmation pop-up will appear before switching.
Level in A Workout View
You can see workout names, sections, and exercises within a workout in this Master Planner view.
Common Actions Across Views
Checkbox Settings
Show Rest Time – Checkbox to display/hide rest times for exercises.
Scroll Together – Enable synchronized scrolling across all days for easy comparison.
Hide Empty Days – Hide/show days without workouts (not available in Custom View).
Section-Level Actions
Customize Section – Change section format (Regular, Interval, AMRAP, Timed).
Duplicate Section – Duplicate a section within the same workout.
Save to Library – Save a section for future use.
Move Up/Down – Change section order within a workout.
Remove Section – Delete a section from the workout.
Exercise-Level Actions
Add Exercises – Insert exercises into a workout or section.
View Exercise Details – See full information about the original exercise.
Customize Fields – Modify the tracking fields for a specific exercise.
Add Alternate Exercises – Assign alternative options for the main exercise.
Duplicate Exercise – Copy an exercise within the workout.
Move Exercise to Section – Move exercises to section within a workout.
Remove Exercises – Delete selected exercises.
Edit Tracking Fields – Update exercise tracking fields in bulk.
Add Sets – Add additional sets to exercises.
Link/Unlink Supersets – Create or separate supersets.
