If you're running into issues on the Everfit platform, don’t worry; we’ve got you covered. Below are the most common troubleshooting steps for both web and mobile to help you get back on track quickly.

Mobile App (iOS & Android)

1. App not loading or crashing

  • Force close the app and reopen it.

  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and check for updates.

  • Restart your device.

2. Can't log in or password not working

  • Double-check your email address for typos.

  • Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen to reset your password.

  • If you're using a login link from your coach, make sure you're clicking it from the same device where the Everfit app is installed.

3. Missing data or workouts

  • Pull down to refresh the screen.

  • Ensure you’re logged into the correct account (double-check the email).

  • Log out and back in to refresh your dashboard.

4. App feels slow or unresponsive

  • Close unused apps running in the background.

  • Clear the Everfit app cache (available in Android settings).

  • Try switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data (or vice versa).

Web Platform

1. Page not loading or blank screen

  • Refresh the page.

  • Try accessing the platform in incognito/private mode.

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac) to open an incognito window, then log in to Everfit again.

    • This helps determine if extensions or cached data are causing the issue.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

    • Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

    • Choose “All time” as the time range and select Cached images and files, then click Clear data.

  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date (we recommend Chrome).

    • You can check for updates by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome > Help > About Google Chrome.

  • Try a different browser

    • Try accessing the Everfit web app using another browser such as Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

  • Log out and log back in

    • Fully log out of the Everfit web app, close the browser, reopen it, and try logging back in again.

2. Login issues

  • Confirm you're using the correct login portal (coach or client).

  • Reset your password using the "Forgot password?" option.

  • Disable any browser extensions that may block login popups.

3. Slow performance or lag

  • Restart your browser or try a different one (e.g., Firefox, Safari).

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Disable VPNs or firewalls that may affect performance.

General Fixes That Help on Both Web & Mobile

  • Log out and log back in.

  • Restart your device or browser.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Double-check you're using the correct email address or account.
