Level up your coaching business with an Onboarding Video to welcome your clients when they log in for the first time. With the Advanced custom branding add-on, you can add links (Youtube, Vimeo) or upload your own videos from a computer using Everfit’s web platform. You also have the option to skip the onboarding video completely if you want to.

To customize your welcome video, check out the options below.

By default, when your clients first log in to the app, they will watch Everfit’s onboarding video.

To bring the most unique experience to your clients, you can choose to upload your own video via a Youtube or Vimeo link.

Youtube link

You can instantly add videos by pasting a Youtube link. Make sure the visibility setting of the video is set to "Public" or "Unlisted". "Private" videos will not play.

Vimeo link

You can also add videos by pasting a Vimeo link. If you are using a private Vimeo link, check out this guide on how to set up your video to play on Everfit.

Simply drag and drop your videos and click on the “Choose file” button to upload your own videos directly from a computer. MP4 files are preferred, but you can choose other video types as well.

Note: the maximum file size of your video is 100 MB.

Once you click “Save”, your video will be uploaded and shown up to clients on their first login.

If you do not want clients to watch a welcome video, you can opt to skip it. When they first log in, they will get to the main screen (Today tab) immediately.
