Everfit's Payment feature is available for accounts based in the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Norway, UAE, Spain, the Netherlands & Sweden. Payment for other countries is coming soon!
To start using payments, you will need to connect your workspace with Stripe. We will guide you through this fast and easy process below!
Stripe, if you are not familiar, is the leading online payment processing platform, powering global companies like Amazon, Shopify, and more for their payment transactions. Of course, that is why we chose the best platform to also power payment transactions for you.
Connect your Stripe account
1. Set up your Stripe Connect account
Navigate to the Setup Payment Tab inside the Payment feature on the left panel. Click Connect to begin creating a Stripe account.
You will be prompted to choose a country that you have a bank account in. Besides your bank account, you will need to verify your personal details or information of a registered company.
2. Enter your phone number & email
Create a new account, or input your email belonging to an existing Stripe account. You will get a verification code sent to your phone, so keep your phone handy! Enter the 6-digit code to continue.
3. Select either Individual or Organization to continue:
For Individuals, you will need to fill out all the information including:
First Name
Last Name
Email address
Date of birth
Home address
Social Security number*
To verify your identity, Stripe needs to know your full Social Security number. Everfit doesn't store this information.
For Organizations, you will need to fill out all the information including:
First Name
Last Name
Email address
Date of birth
Business address
Employer Identification Number (EIN)*

4. Provide Business Details
Go to Personal Services, you can then choose Health Beauty Spas, Health and wellness coaching or whichever category fits your business!
You will be asked to enter some details. Once you have completed this step, click continue.
5. Lastly, choose where your Payouts will be sent
You can choose a checking account or your debit card. After you complete this step, you will be directed back to the Payment dashboard.
Once you are done, your Stripe account will be set up to receive payouts from Everfit!
