We all receive hundreds of notifications every week, but notifications are especially powerful in a training and learning context. Push notifications can help with motivation and accountability, and make sure you receive timely updates. So let's turn on notifications for your phone! 📲

Turn on Push Notifications

1. You can find the Push Notifications settings by going from the 'You' screen > Settings > Notifications

Note: If you have not approved your phone to receive notifications from Everfit, you will see the the screen to "Allow Access" for notifications before proceeding to the 'Push Notifications' settings screen. Make sure to tap "Allow"

Types of Push Notifications

On the 'Push Notifications' settings screen, you can choose to receive 3 types of notifications:

  • Trainer updates: when your coach adds a metrics entry, progress photo, or tracked workout for you

  • Workout reminder: daily reminder if you have workouts on that day

    • Default time is set as 10:00am, but you can adjust the time

  • Task reminder: daily reminder if you have tasks on that day

    • Default time is set as 10:00am, but you can adjust the time

Set Daily Reminder time

For your daily Workout and Task reminders, the default reminder time is set as 10:00.

Tap on the text "Day of 10:00 am" to reveal a pop-up to choose the time you would like to get your daily reminder.
