Whether you are training clients in person or remotely, communication is the key to their success. That's why we made messaging simple. Our inbox, similar to Facebook Messenger, allows you to chat in real-time from both the web and the app.
To access messages, your clients just have to tap the inbox Icon. From there they can send you an update, ask a question, send a video for a form check, or even send a voice note.
Pro tip: if you would like to disable direct messaging for a certain client, simply turn off the Messages feature in client settings. Check out how to manage features for a client here.
