Whether your training client's in person and remotely, communication is the key to their success. That's why we made messaging simple. Our inbox, similar to Facebook messenger, allows you to chat in real-time from both the web or from the app. 


To access messages clients just have to tap the inbox icon. From there they can send you an update, ask a question, or even send a video for a form check. 

Pro tip: if you would like to disable direct messaging for a certain client, simply turn off the Messages feature in client settings. Check out how to manage features for a client here
