App Integration capabilities enable you to effortlessly synchronize data for specific metrics with WHOOP, making it easier for you to update body metrics and keep track of your fitness progress data. You can now sync the following:
Sleep
Resting Heart Rate
Calories Burned
Recovery Score
Daily Strain
Sleep Performance
Note: If you’ve allowed access to all metrics but the data is not updating in your Everfit app, your coach may not have enabled those metrics for your account yet. Please ask your coach to enable the required metrics so the data can sync and display correctly.
