Allows you to automatically reuse a weekly meal plan for upcoming weeks, so you don’t have to assign the same meals over and over again.
Each repeated week is created as its own copy, meaning you can edit any week without affecting the others.
How to Repeat a Meal Plan
Option 1: Repeat an Existing Meal Plan
Go to a week that already has a meal plan assigned.
Click Repeat on that week.
Choose how long you’d like the plan to repeat:
Until turned off – repeats every week until you stop it.
End after X weeks – repeats for a set number of weeks.
Click Apply to confirm.
Note: Only one repeat can be active at a time. If there’s already an active repeat, you’ll need to end it before starting a new one.
Option 2: Generate and Repeat a Meal Plan
Open the Generate Meal Plan modal for a selected week.
Set up your meal plan as usual.
In the Repeat settings, turn on repeat and choose your duration.
Click Generate Meals.
Your meal plan will be created and automatically repeated for the selected timeframe.
Option 3: Auto-Generate and Repeat via Onboarding
Assign a Nutrition Intake Form through the onboarding flow.
Enable Auto-generate meal plan.
Turn on Repeat and choose your duration.
Once your client completes the form, their meal plan will be automatically generated and repeated to upcoming weeks.
Managing Repeats
Ending a Repeat
You can stop a repeat from any week in the sequence:
From the original week:
The original week stays, and all future repeated weeks will be removed.From a repeated week:
You can remove that week and everything after it.
Earlier weeks will remain as regular (non-repeating) meal plans.
Editing Repeated Weeks
Each repeated week is independent.
Changes made to one week will not affect others.
If you end a repeat later, any edited future weeks will also be removed.
Good to Know
You can’t repeat an empty week, assign or generate a meal plan first.
Only one repeat can run at a time.
Repeated weeks are fully editable and independent.
You can stop a repeat at any point and choose what to keep.
