View all your logged meals in one place on the Nutrition page, including foods synced from MyFitnessPal and Cronometer (if available).

How It Works

From the Today screen, tap the Daily Calories section. You’ll find the Journal tab next to the Summary tab, where you can view a complete history of all logged foods.

You can easily switch between the List view and Card view.

You can identify the source of each food by its icon: foods synced from MyFitnessPal or Cronometer will display their respective icons, while foods logged directly in the app won’t have any icon.

View Food Details

  1. Tapping a food opens the Food Detail screen.

  2. Clients and coaches can like or comment on food entries.

Delete Food Logs

You can delete a logged meal either from the Food Detail screen or the Journal view.

  • From the Food Detail screen: delete via the three-dot menu.

  • From the Journal view: swipe left to delete.

Deleted foods are removed from the Journal and all related macro/nutrition data.
