Check out this link for app icon design requirements. Once your app icon is approved, your client's apps will be ready to switch over from Everfit's icon to yours.

Note: Android and Apple only allow for the app icon to be switchable. If you are interested in having your own app listings, we have a white-label solution available for our Enterprise plan, which requires a minimum of the Studio plan with 500 clients.

2. Show off your Logo on the Client's Today Screen

Display your unique logo on the Client's today screen!

For the best quality and dimension, please use a minimum of 100 x 100 px Png or jpg files. Png files with a transparent background will show up better.

Note: We will scale your logo icon to fit into the area of 150 px width and 35px height.

Elevate the experience and welcome your clients to the app each time with a full-screen background image. Not only can you add your brand logo, available with Standard Custom branding, but you can also enhance the app loading experience with a full-screen image.

Adjust and change the image every week and the splash screen will update immediately.

Different training focuses for different days? Stand out and use a unique workout background for each workout. This will help you differentiate and help your clients recognize the different types of workouts they are doing.

6. Custom Welcome Video

Welcome your clients your way and make their first login a unique experience with a custom onboarding video!

Rather than using Everfit’s default video, you can upload your own video, add a Youtube/Vimeo link, or choose to skip the welcome video.

Note: the maximum file size of your video is 100 MB.

If you are interested in the Advanced Custom Branding features, there are 2 simple steps you need to take.

Go to the Billing page and select "Change Plan". Next, choose the "Advanced Custom Branding" add-on and follow through with the payment process.

Once you are done, you will have the ability to customize your Advanced Custom Branding settings.

Once you have purchased the add-on, navigate to your "Custom Branding" screen. You can locate this from your avatar in the bottom left corner.

And from there, you just need to choose the "Advanced" tab and you can begin customizing the different options.

All the options except for the "App Icon" will reflect in the client app immediately. You can use a test account to check this out yourself.

As for your custom App Icon, this requires an approval process from Apple and Google. Please check out the requirements here.

Once you submit your icon, it will take 2-3 weeks for the icon to get processed, approved, and published. If the icon has any issues, you will receive a message to update the icon and may extend the process.

3. Customize your Welcome Text Color

You can choose from three different options for your welcome text: black, white, or to hide the text.

4. Preview Your Custom App Icon

View a preview of your icon for both Apple and Android devices before submitting it for approval. You can also find the requirements for your app icon in the articles linked in the bottom left corner of the page below.

5. Preview Your Custom Welcome Video

Preview your video before clicking “Save”. You can paste a link from Youtube/Vimeo or upload a video from your computer.
