How to Book a Session with Your Coach

You can book sessions with your coach directly from the Everfit Client App.

The available sessions and times you see are based on your coach's availability and booking settings.

You can only book sessions that:

  • Your coach has made available for booking.

  • You have available session credits for (if required).


How to Book a Session

Open the Booking Screen

You can find the Book Session option in:

  • Sessions tab

    • Tap Book Session in the top-right corner.

    • You may also see this option if you do not have any upcoming sessions.

  • Coaching tab

    • Open the Sessions section and select Book Session.

If you do not see the booking option, it means there are currently no available sessions for you to book.


Select a Session Type

After selecting Book Session, you will see the session types available to you.

Tap a session type to view more details, including:

  • Session name

  • Duration

  • Location

  • Coach information

  • Session description (if provided)

  • Cancellation details

Tap Select a Time to continue.


Choose a Date and Time

You can choose from the available dates and times set by your coach.

Select a Date

  • The calendar opens to the current month.

  • Available dates can be selected.

  • Dates without availability or outside the booking window cannot be selected.

After choosing a date, the calendar changes to a weekly view where you can browse available days.

Select a Time

Available times are organized into: Morning (before 12pm), Afternoon (12pm–5pm), and Evening (after 5pm).

Only available time slots will appear.


Review Your Booking

Before confirming, review your session details, including:

  • Session type

  • Date and time

  • Coach information

Make sure everything looks correct before confirming your booking.


Confirm Your Booking

Tap Confirm Booking to complete your reservation.

After booking:

  • Your session will appear in your Sessions tab.

  • You will receive a confirmation notification and email.

  • If the session requires credits, 1 credit will be deducted automatically.


Book Again

You can quickly schedule another session of the same type without starting over.

From Your Sessions List

  1. Long-press a previous session.

  2. Select Book Again.

From Session Details

For completed or canceled sessions:

  1. Open the session details.

  2. Tap Book Again.

You will be taken directly to the available time selection screen.


Why Can't I See a Session or Booking Option?

You may not see a session available to book if:

  • Your coach has not enabled booking for that session.

  • You do not have enough session credits.

  • There are no available time slots.

  • The session falls outside your coach's booking window.
