Easily view your upcoming and past coaching sessions directly in the mobile app. Depending on the session type, you may also be able to join video calls directly from the app.
Where to Find Your Sessions
You can access your sessions from several areas in the app:
Today tab: Quickly view sessions happening today
Coaching tab: See your next upcoming session and access all sessions
Sessions screen: Browse all Upcoming and Past sessions
Session Details screen: Full information for one session
Notifications: Open session details directly from push or in-app notifications
View Today’s Sessions
Open the Today tab to see sessions scheduled for the current day.
What You’ll See
Up to 2 sessions scheduled for today
Session start time and details
A Join Video Call button for eligible video sessions
Important Notes
Only sessions scheduled for the current day in your device timezone are shown.
Sessions automatically disappear from the section after their end time passes.
View Upcoming Sessions from the Coaching Tab
The Coaching tab includes a Sessions section that highlights your next scheduled session.
Features
Displays your next upcoming session
Shows the total number of upcoming sessions
Includes a View all option to open the full Sessions screen
Session Status Labels
You may see different labels depending on the session timing:
NOW: The session is currently in progress
TODAY: The session is scheduled later today
TMRW: The session is scheduled for tomorrow
Browse All Sessions
Tap View all from the Coaching tab to open the full Sessions screen.
Upcoming Tab
Displays all future scheduled sessions in chronological order.
Past Tab
Displays sessions marked as:
Completed
Canceled
Tap any session to open its full Session Details page.
View Session Details
The Session Details screen provides complete information about a session.
Available Information
Depending on the session setup, you may see:
Session date and time
Session location
Coach notes
Session description
Video call link
You can open Session Details from:
Today tab
Coaching tab
Sessions screen
Notifications
Join a Video Call Session
For sessions with a video call link, a dedicated join button will appear before the session starts.
Supported Video Platforms
The app automatically detects the meeting provider and displays the correct button label:
Google Meet → Join Google Meet
Zoom → Join Zoom
Microsoft Teams → Join Teams Meeting
How It Works
If the provider’s app is installed on your device, the session opens in the native app.
If the app is not installed, the session opens in your device’s web browser.
Important Notes
The join button is only available for active upcoming sessions.
Completed or canceled sessions will not display the join button, even if a meeting link exists.
