Video Call Links for Sessions (Beta)

Add a video call link to your sessions so clients can easily join their appointments.

The video call link will automatically be included in:

  • Session details on the calendar

  • Booking confirmation emails

  • Reminder and reschedule emails

Note: Sessions can still be booked without a link.

Supported Video Platforms

At this time, Everfit supports links from:

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

Requirements:

  • Must start with https://

  • Must be a full (unshortened) URL


Add a Video Call Link to a Session Type

You can save a video call link directly in a session type so it’s reused automatically:

  1. Create or edit a Session Type

  2. Select Video Call as the location

  3. Add your video call link

  4. Save

This link will apply to all future sessions booked with that session type.


Add a Video Call Link When Booking a Session

Using a Session Type

  • If a link is already saved → it will appear automatically.

  • You can edit the link, which updates the current session.

  • If no link is saved → you can add one for the current session only

Booking a Custom Session

  1. Choose Video Call as the location

  2. Enter your video call link

  3. Save the session


View Video Call Links

  • Click on a session in the Booking Calendar

  • The video call link will appear in the session details

  • Click the link to open it in a new tab


Client Experience

When a session includes a video call link, clients will:

  • Receive the link in their booking confirmation email

  • See it in reminder emails (e.g., 24-hour reminder)

  • Receive updates if the session is rescheduled

If you edit a session to add or change the video call link, the client will not be notified about the change unless it is coupled with a reschedule change. The client will see the updated video link on the next email that goes out, like the 24-hour reminder email. If you make a link change in less than 24 hours before the session starts, please contact the client directly to give them the updated link.


View Sessions in Client Profile

From the Client Profile, you can:

  • View the next upcoming session

  • Quickly navigate to the calendar to manage sessions
