How to View and Use Your Session Credits

Written by Emma

Keep track of the coaching sessions you have available and use them to book future appointments with your coach.

With Session Credits, you can:

  • View your available session credit balance

  • See which session types your credits can be used for

  • Book eligible sessions

  • Check when your credits expire

View Your Session Credit Balance

If your coach has assigned session credits to your account, your available balance will appear in the app.

To view your credits:

  1. Open the Coaching tab.

  2. Tap your Session Credits balance.

  3. The Session Credit Balance page will open.

Here you can see:

  • Your total available session credits

  • The session types your credits can be used for

  • Credit expiration dates (if applicable)

See Which Sessions You Can Book

The Session Credit Balance page shows the sessions available with your credits.

For each session type, you can view:

  • Session name

  • Session duration

  • Location type (In-person, Phone Call, or Video Call)

  • Number of credits available

If a session type is available for self-booking, you’ll see the Book Session option.

Book a Session Using Your Credits

To book a session:

  1. Open the Session Credit Balance page.

  2. Tap Book Session next to an eligible session type.

  3. Select your preferred date and time.

  4. Review your booking details.

  5. Confirm your session.

Check When Your Session Credits Expire

Some session credits may have an expiration date.

To view expiration details:

  1. Open the Session Credit Balance page.

  2. Tap See when session credits expire.

You’ll be able to see:

  • Number of credits expiring

  • Expiration date for each group of credits

  • Credits that do not expire

Credits Expiring Soon

Credits that expire within the next 7 days will be highlighted so you have time to use them.

If you see credits expiring soon, consider booking a session before the expiration date to avoid losing unused credits.
