Add your Meta Pixel ID to the Package Settings to track events on your website. By monitoring conversions, the Meta Pixel provides valuable insights into user behavior, helping you optimize your ad campaigns.

What you can track

Provide a comprehensive view of the user journey, from initial interest to purchase, enabling better retargeting, ad optimization, and conversion tracking.

  • Page Views (ViewContent): Monitor when users visit the package page to gauge interest in specific offerings and retarget those who view the page but don't take further action.

  • Checkout Initiation (InitiateCheckout): Identify users who start the checkout process but don’t complete it, allowing you to target them with ads that encourage them to finalize their purchase.

  • Payment Info Submission (AddPaymentInfo): Track when users enter their payment details to pinpoint drop-off points and retarget those who abandon the checkout at this stage.

  • Successful Transactions (Purchase): Measure completed purchases to calculate ROI, create lookalike audiences, and optimize ads for higher conversion rates.

Add Meta Pixel ID

In the Settings tab of the Packages, you'll find the “Tracking” section.

Enter your Pixel ID in the “Meta Pixel ID” field, then click “Confirm” to add the ID. Don’t forget to click the “Save” button to save the Pixel ID to your account.

Remove Meta Pixel ID

To remove the Pixel ID, click the “x” icon. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the action:

  • Click “Cancel” to abort.

  • Click “Remove” to delete the current Meta Pixel ID.
