Have you been assigned to keep track of your meals? Here's how to use the Food Journal feature to create a food log, so you and your trainer can easily discuss your nutrition habits.

How to upload to your Food Journal

  1. From the Today page look for the Food Journal card. Tap Add Meal.
  2. Add a description and photo of your meal, then tap Post.
  3. You're done! From here you can review your food entries and leave comments or see comments from your coach.
