How to upload to your Food Journal
Food Journal card on the Today page.
- From the Today page look for the Food Journal card. Tap Add Meal.
- Add a description and photo of your meal, then tap Post.
- You're done! From here you can review your food entries and leave comments or see comments from your coach.
