Process
Step 1: Get your D-U-N-S® Number
Go to https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html to look up your organization to see if you have a D-U-N-S Number.
If your organization is not listed, submit to D&B for a free D-U-N-S® Number at https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/get-a-duns.html
Step 2: Create your Apple Developer Account
Follow the instructions in this article to create your developer account.
Step 3: Create your Google Developer Account
Follow the instructions in this article to create your developer account.
Step 4: Add Everfit as an Admin
Follow the instructions in this article to add Everfit as an Admin to both of your Apple Developer Program and Google Play Enterprise accounts.
Step 5: Submission Form
We will provide you a form to submit your information and required assets/documents. After you have submitted all the required information, we will put together the designs of the app and the mockup views on different devices. If we require additional documents or information, our team will reach out to you.
